Project Description:

The Innovation Pact “R2UTechnologies | modular system” consists of the development and industrialization of a new, disruptive concept in modular construction. This concept will be designed to address the growing needs of the market and the new challenges of the sector, particularly in terms of sustainability and environmental protection.

As a result, the Pact will strengthen the business ecosystem, the academic network, and human resources by providing the tools, knowledge, and key skills required to establish, on national soil, a cluster capable of supplying the global modular construction sector. The project foresees the launch of 18 PPS (Products, Processes, or Services) with a transactional and internationalizable profile by its conclusion.

R2U Technologies is structured into 7 Work Packages, each focused on a different segment of the construction industry value chain — from the design phase to the operation and maintenance of the building throughout its lifecycle. The WPs aim to meet both current and future sectoral needs, fostering a synergistic network among partners and key stakeholders, while minimizing dependence on external markets.
